About the company

"FORMED" Sp. J. has been operating in Polish and international markets since 1989, providing services for chemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical companies. For many years we have invested in equipment and staff skills to ensure the highest quality of our products. Today, we use our long experience in the production and implementation of novel packaging solutions.

Ever since the founding of the company the main production profile has consisted of plastic containers for pharmaceutical companies. For many years we have been specializing in the production of small containers with capacities of 4mL to 150mL. Our products can be used for drugs requiring instillation or atomization, tablets, powders, cosmetic and chemical liquids, and many others.

We deliver our products to the leading pharmaceutical companies located in Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia. The technological processes within our production facilities are fully automated, ensuring high product quality while maintaining attractive price levels.

In 2003, the company implemented the ISO 9001 quality management system. The system has been used and expanded ever since including ISO 15378 and GMP.
